Most people call me Barbi. I’m a Latina Registered Nurse, chronic disease specialist, health and wellness educator, busy twin mom, and multipassionate woman who knows what it’s like to carry a lot.
I’ve lived through burnout, reinvention, and the long, beautiful process of coming back to myself — both personally and professionally.
When I’m not caring for everyone else, you’ll usually find me moving my body, soaking up nature, lifting, reading, writing, learning, or creating quiet moments of joy with my family.
Through Barbara Vega Wellness, I help busy caretaker women reclaim who they are through realistic mind-body-spirit health practices.
Soul Care isn’t just what I teach.
